To all of our loyal patients and friends:
It is time to shelter in place as much as humanly possible.
We have made the difficult decision to close the Herte Center for the coming 2 weeks. This decision was not made lightly. While we have tried to maintain as much normalcy as possible in this increasingly scary world, we have been worried that we are allowing our staff and patients to assume too much risk by maintaining even our reduced flow of patients and our increased sanitation vigilance. We want to be sure that you can count on the Herte Center as the “safe place” on which you have come to rely.
Our telephones will continue to be answered on a limited schedule, but messages will be regularly checked. You can also reach my practice administrator, Cathy Hules, via email at [email protected] Urgent problems will continue to be seen in the office and of course needed post-operative care will still be provided. Routine visits will be rescheduled at an extended time interval.
We are grateful to have you in our practice family and we will miss every one of you. We are holding you in our hearts and sending thoughts of hope, courage and healing in this uncertain time.
We are currently reaching out to speak to each patient who is scheduled during this time so we can discuss rescheduling.
We are still here for you! Please feel free to call or email, especially if you have any questions or concerns! 702-732-9600
As you know this is a fluid situation and we will be re-evaluating on a weekly basis. We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience. Your safety comes first. We will reschedule everyone as promptly as we safely can.
We are investigating teleconferencing technology to allow virtual patient consultations and visits.
It is our intention to weather the COVID-19 storm safely and return strong and healthy as soon as we can. We pray for a rapid return to normalcy and restoration of our ability to serve you with the high quality and safety conscious skin care, aesthetic services and aesthetic surgery you expect from the Herte Center.
And Cathy, Sandra, Cristina, Cali, Yesy, Hollie, Debbie, John, Tina and Stephanie
